"Pathetic service. I placed a C&C order for an item. They didn't tell me it was out of stock until I phoned to ask when it would be available. Then it took a week and a half to get it from their warehouse. I placed another order for a couple of brushes. They told me they were out of stock and they then took 2 WEEKS to get them in. When I picked them up they were of poor quality so I told them I wanted to immediately return them for a refund. They said they could not do that and I needed to come back in 2 days to return them! ZERO customer service mentality. Maybe it's because this store is not an independent operator?"
