"Owners need to pull up their staff. I rushed to the shop to get my son football boots before they closed at 5.30pm I got there at 5.26 (still in trading hours) the door was shut I pushed it open as I could see the staff who informed me that they were closed and had turned off the system, I asked for the manager which they told me i was speaking with her, her name was Elizabeth I said you guys don't close until 5.30 it's only 5.26 and they told me no we leave at 5.30. Terrible customer service I will not be going back to spend my money there."

"I went into the store on the 26th of February and I was looking to buy my son a pair of shoes and I went and spoke to a lady who I believed was the manger for some assistance and she told me I will get someone else its not my job to help you and then screamed across the store right in front of me to get someone else to help and when they didn't come straight away she screamed at them again. I was very taken back and felt very uncomfortable so I quickly left. This isn't the first time it has happened with this lady. So next time I will just go to rebel."
