"Came in as just a walk in, I was greeted straight away and given a seat. Got a full acrylic set. The lady who served me was awesome, she was gentle with my hands, first time I have left a nail salon without and grazes from the nail files. I'm very happy with the way my nails look."

"To cut the long story as short as possible…. The male owner of the nail salon on Saturday 8/10/22 provided a service of French Tip Acrylic Nails $50. The amount of pain my nails were in all night & over night with a burning, throbbing sensation was unbearable. Also the job looked like how nails were done back in the early 2000’s. The white tip was very thick. Regardless… I’m upset about the pain and being unable to use my hands! I went in to speak with the male business owner Sunday 9/10/22 & demonstrated/discussed the pain I was in. Plus requested to have my nails removed. He dismissed what I said, he did not apologise for causing me pain & disrespect me in-front of other customers. He also got defensive claiming he’s done a perfect job & has 15 years experience. Refused my request for a refund. He said he’d remove for free but as far as he’s concerned the job was perfect. Also therefore a refund is not warranted. If the nail job was perfect I would’ve have been in so much pain - right!? I still proceeded to get the nails removed. I had too! After speaking with consumers affairs this job was described as “ Not done with DUE CARE & SKILL”! Unfortunately the business owner gets away with it and I’m left with nails in bad shape. Less $50 too. A lesson learnt! I’m trying to Attach the before & after photo. I have uploaded the photos to the images section of his website. The French tip photo and the job with the French tip removed photo belongs to this review.Do not to go to both nail salons on the top floor of Altona gate as he owns both ! You have been warned!"

"RUN AWAY FROM BOTH SHOP AT THIS LEVEL! (Same direction !) See photos ! Uses to be a lot better. The only man working there did my nails (foot + hand) the most expensive and disgusting nails I had as a result since 10 years doing them. See photos! FLAT et dirty, bubbles everywhere and using cheap products now. RUNNNN On top of that the man was a bit rude putting my foot away very strongly never asked if I was happy with shape or Color, breathing loudly when requesting to reshape, not seems happy to have customers in the shop. Anyway I’ve spent $120 today and I’m gonna go somewhere else tomorrow to change this somewhere as I’ve kept him aware that I was not happy with the final result, didn’t really care as what is most important is to rush and treat the other customers in a short time ! I’m ashamed of my nails…"

"Needed to get my acrylics taken off for work, I wanted a full manicure just no polish.. they rushed through the removal, leaving thin layers of acrylic still on some nails and rushed my cuticle care.. no soft electric sanding around the cuticles just a quick cut missing lots of cuticle pieces.. and then charged me $35?? Not good care or value"
