"Absolute disgusting attitude and behaviour from 1 staff member today (23/07) in the afternoon. The staff member (of Indian background) seemed to have a personal conversation to someone on his airpods while I was waiting to ask a question. I got impatient so left to look for my item, couldn't find it so purchased something else. Went to pay, still on his airpods talking to someone. No acknowledgement of the customer whatsoever and when I went to pay, he just pointed to the eftpos machine. I think management need to teach this bloke a lesson in customer service."
