"I have been visited this shop few times and i always noticed that a little friendly lady always too busy to look after the customers. Compare to the old boss lady talking with her friends and doing nothing, she is always running from the back to the front. when i see her in the counter, she looks really tired and stressed already. Even though she is really kind, i don't like the fact the space of the shop is very narrow and no price tags. Very messy in front of the counter area, surely they need to organize the place."

I just little bit shocked but I didn’t say anything and only tried to return goods. The owner keep complaining to me. Why are you shocked. What I was is it criminal?
