"The interior of Woolworths is quite impressive due to its spaciousness, and I always have a pleasant experience shopping there. However, it seems that the staff are solely focused on their tasks and not giving enough attention to the customers. This may be because the store is always bustling with activity. It's unfortunate that during busy periods, you may struggle to find a trolley or a hand basket at the entrance, as they tend to be scattered around the store's exit or near the counter. It appears that the staff doesn't take the initiative to return them to their designated spots."

"One of the most unorganised store I ever visited.I was there around 6:30 pm and stockpiles were everywhere on the floor. I guess the staff doesn't care about their customers and their safety. Luck of management and lack of care, but obviously not customer care or service. I have taken a few photos to show, what is going on in the store. I hope someone will address this issue from the management level as I am sure this happening every day not just yesterday."

"I have developed a kind of Stockholm syndrome with this store. The only decent thing about this store is the convenient location which keeps getting me back. The store is horribly cramped. Be prepared to queue if you hit this place around 6pm on a weekday. They like to leave shopping trolleys of stock blocking registers that would be useful if they bothered to roster staff to operate them. Sometimes they even have registers open without staff operating them. Avoid this store if you can."
