Reviews of Maritime Cove Community Park Playground
"Beautiful Beach Free parking Dog friendly There is a really nice lookout close by. Highly recommend walking along the side towards the city."
"Nice place to bring the kids of all ages to the playground, to have a picnic with family and friends, to walk, to enjoy a beach winding, and to watch the dogs running and playing on a beach."
"Great maritime themed park, although no public toilets here (just a short walk away)"
"Nice big playground with a beach nearby there are some water features and a lot of climbing installations. And there is a nice cafe nearby. From the playground you could see port and ships. The only down side that the nearest toilet is ~300 m from the playground. This place is quite busy if the day is sunny and warm. It is not easy to find parking here on summer days after 10am. Even if there is a big parking lot nearby, it is getting full really quick."
"It's a nice park with a playground area for kids and a separate area with exercise equipment for adults. There's a wooden boardwalk that runs through the park to protect the natural vegetation. Unfortunately there is very limited shaded areas in the park which can be a serious issue for young children on hot summer days. A number of shade sails should be installed. There is also limited seating. There is quite a large car park on the northern edge of the park however it's almost always full with cars even when there is virtually no one in the park!"
