"Went through the drive through to order takeaway and was greeted with a "What's your order?" I was taken aback and was like, "Beg your pardon?" Another "What's your ORDER?" Scared, I answered meekly, "6 pieces of hot and crispy please?" A very abrupt "OK" was my signal to drive on through. Clearly, this young gent was a man of very few words as he said nothing as he stuck the EFTPOS machine out the window. *beep* goes my debit card and *slam* goes his sliding window. Wow. Never had customer service like that before. And I don't think I will be coming back for more."

"This place wen't downhill fast .A five minute wait for chicken that turned I to 34 minutes , and all this time the chips and sides sat on the counter . Their staff are young and very dumb and could not understand why we did not want 30 plus minute old chips. It seems Uber eats and drive through gets priority .lucky for us we got cold powder and gravey with our fresh chips and poorly cooked chicken , see photo .
