"If I could give 0, I would. The worst KFC branch we ever been to. We ordered our all time favorite wicked wings thru drive thru, and this was what we got. Check the photo to see it yourself. No one on sound mind will eat this. It was 80% raw, looks like a vomit and very disgusting. How can they even packed that chicken and give to the customer. Very very disgusting. Save yourself by not going to this KFC Riverdale branch."
"This place does not even deserve 1 star. It does not even deserve to be open or called a restaurant. Worst establishment i have actually ever been to inside to dine. DISGUSTING!! Female toilets put of order so i had to go into the baby change/disabled toilets and oh my dear it was filthy and unhygienic. Toilet paper..alchohol bottle...scrubber...emoloyee gloves etc just on the floor. Looks like it wasnt cleaned in a month. The food wasnt good either. Chips were just under done and the chicken was so hard and gritty. Im pretty sure my youngest got food poisoning from this place. The workers look very unprofessional, in their own clothes some and just taking their sweet time messing up orders and serving horrible food. Something had got to be done about this."
"The worst KFC outlet I have ever seen… don’t even have the courtesy to add some tissues/wipes with the meal ordered. And to the worst part, the gravy ordered was just watery… think they mixed a drop of gravy to water and packed it. The burger packed was simply falling off once just lifting the burger off the cover… mgmt please train ur staff to at least pack the burger well. What a dump yard this is…."
