"This place needs better staff training and management. I go through drive through and everytime I end up having to park and come in because the order is wrong or something is missing. What’s the point? Always a long line for lunch or dinner rush and takes 30min minimum to get the order, even when I’ve selected pick up time they haven’t even made the order by the time I’m at the pick up window a few minutes after. Staff seem to be young school kids and they are very unorganised or don’t seem to care to much about what’s going on - a few nicer staff have apologised but some don’t even bother to ask if you need something when I’m waiting at the counter with my incorrect order. Just simply ignored and they continue to talk with their friends. Quality and consistency is also a problem here, things are half done or over done, same with the werribee store, I can’t seem to understand what I’m paying for here. Pictured messy burrito bowl half filled with 4 chips, usually full with a handful of corn chips. Looks like it’s been eaten from rather than prepared."

"The service has become very poor. The quantity is half of what is expected. Terribly disappointed. This is the 3rd or 4th time ordering on the app has resulted in this half hearted service. Supposed to be veggie burrito bowl with guacamole, but guacamole is missing from both serves. No spicy Chipotle sauce on one as requested. No coriander on one as requested. Full main serve is not even enough for a child. Not enough rice or beans or veggies. Pathetic callousness and lack of attention to veggie orders. prices have gone up and the food quantity is terribly less. Not worth it at all. Steer clear of the tarneit branch. Not worth your time or money."
