"The buildings are absolutely beautiful. You are transported back to the mid 1800s walking around the bluestone buildings."
"Lovely hidden gem with heritage buildings and walks and lots of events through the year for learning and discovering new things."
"Enter via Gate 5 off K Road South Drive, Werribee South. This is the same entrance as the Shadowfax Winery. Go past the Winery then turn left if go straight you will not be able to enter that entrance it is for staff etc for the Mansion. Continue though the double gates drive past the Polo field on the right and the Werribee Park Golf course,Compound on the left and a Helicopter landing area on the left also and then park near the Farm house and Farmyard. I was there on May 21/5/2022 for Parks Victoria Volunteers Recognition Day this year hosted by Parks Victoria what a great day it was and can't wait until the next one. It was great to see the Werribee Park Farmyard,Hotel, inside the Mansion it self,Mansion Gardens, lake,The Victoria State Rose Garden and Werribee Open Range Zoo all in one day. A lot has changed over the years since i have been there. You only have to pay now to go inside the Mansion it self and pay to see the Werribee Open Range Zoo also. A Hotel and an indoor Swimming pool next to the Mansion and you can also stay the night inside the Werribee Open Range Zoo. Iam a Committee Member from the Friends of Braeside Park and i Volunteer at Braeside Park in the South East of Melbourne."
