"Very average KFC. I have a feeling they don't change their cooking oils too often as sometimes I get chicken that looks much darker than what I'd expect. Great KFC is supposed to be light golden brown. Located inside the shopping centre so plenty of seats. Food menu same as any other KFC. Staff are the same anywhere you go for KFC, young teenagers working minimum wage just trying to get through their day without hassles. So respect to them for tying to earn a living peacefully ."

"Staff spend way too much time with their backs turned to the counter so they can chit chat, or...I'm currently witnessing 2 girls lean over to talk to a friend and completely ignore the 14 orders that their colleagues need help with. Customers shouldn't have to wait longer because staff want to socialise."

"Extremely bad service. I would have given zero stars if it was possible. Waited for a good while to order. The staff said we can order but no one took the order. They didn't have the common courtesy to say they were having troubles. We kind of figured that out from the yelling coming from behind the kitchen. Not going to return of things don't improve. There are lots of other KFCs where we can visit."
