"Very friendly staff. I used to go to the Indian spice market in Kings Langley Shopping Centre but was treated extremely poorly by the female staff member there in weekends. She followed me through the aisles with a scowl... to catch me in the act of stealing something I guess. She snapped at me when I tried to give my loyalty program number because the field for it hadn't popped up on her screen... and I'm supposed to have known that apparently. Then she escalated the whole drama when I pointed out her hypocritical behaviour. I since decided I would not spend my money there anymore. What a completely opposite experience I had at this store. The female staff member greeted me warmly, asked if she could help me find something, and when I asked about a product I wanted instead of the product I was buying, she suspended the transaction and went to look for the product I wanted. She maintained her professional and charming demeanour right until I left the store. This is the kind of place where I would prefer to spend my money, and the type of business I would support."
