"I waited 45 minutes to get my prescription ready. No apologies or any reason why it took so long. 4 staff were working there and none of them were helpful unfortunately. When I was waiting for my medicine 3 people who waited for more than 30 minutes gave up and left without taking their medicine. Very unprofessional customer service."

"I’m giving one star as it is the lowest rate I can give you. Yesterday I came to your shop to order Dexcom G6 and your staff couldn’t find my info on NDSS, she told me she has ordered and one of the staff will solve the problem a day after. Today I went and not only they couldn’t help but also a girl working there talked to the guy who was trying to help me, to stop helping me!!! Finally they told me we can’t do anything and go home and call NDSS. After calling NDSS, they told me it is the responsibility of the pharmacy to call us when they can’t find you on system! This sensor is really important for people suffering diabetes and you must train your staff. Still thinking why that girl asked your staff not to help me more with this. I came back to pharmacy to see manager but no manager was there and so it is why they don’t care about people"

"No customer service. Return policy is very unreasonable. Staff doesn't acknowledge you only when you pay for your items. Priceline is better. Friendly and helpful staff. I will never shop in chemist warehouse again."

"I had been going to this chemistware house from so many years. Today the pharmacist Joy was very rude and unprofessional. She was standing ideal and told me to wait for 15 mins. I explained that I am already waiting from past 10 mins on the counter and no one attended me. I have doctors appointment for my iron infusion but she didn’t care and kept arguing with me that I just arrived. I will now think twice before going to this pharmacy."

"Been served by an extremely unprofessional and rude pharmacist. She was chitchatting with a customer for more than 10 minutes and ignoring the long queue behind. I was holding my sick little one and waited there for very long. I finally asked her ”excuse me, if any other staff can help?” She rolled her eyes and use her aggressive voice to say “ No! just wait!”. Totally shocked by her awful and arrogant attitude. During my turn to ask about the drug to treat painful mouth ulcers for infant, she ignored my question and straight away pointed to one direction and yelled” baby section’s over there!” As a pharmacist she even can’t tell the difference between Bonjela and sm33. She’s lack of professional knowledge and work ethics. Hope the other customers won’t experience the same thing I’ve been through. (Actually the floor staffs at Hornsby Westfield store are always nice and helpful. Want to say thanks to the lovely lady who find out the right gel for us. )"
