Even with itemised credit card statement and fully labelled as new garment as well as being a Bonds club member, the store refused ‘ as per Bonds policy’. While agreeing that they could look up my receipt manually if they chose to, they refused to do this. Area manager and NSW manager equally inflexible and unhelpful. Have never known a store with such pathetic customer service!! Will never, ever shop with Bonds again."
