"Very poor service and money hungry! Dealt with Matt upon acquiring management of a property i had booked already through another provider 10 months in advance. Refused to honour my booking and told me he would charge me 3 x the amount per night and increase the minimum stay on the property by 2 nights to rebook. Didn't even have the decency to return my call instead just texting me to refuse my booking. Definitely wont be booking through this service in the future, very disappointing."

On the second appointment, the agent didn't show up as scheduled and didn't call or reply to any messages. Abysmal."
