"We stayed for one night to see the penguins. The rooms were warm and comfortable and the host friendly and helpful. Location is a 7 minute walk to the main street shops of Cowes. The only small issue was the sound of a motor or generator that comes on and off. Not sure if its the reverse cycle AC or what."
"Really cute old place. It was clean and mostly quiet. It's a short walk to the main strip and other places. We didn't really know how to get into the lobby with the fire or when it was available, there was no formal check in or explanation we were just shown straight to our room when we got out of the car, after we were asked which room we were in, which we couldn't remember for sure. We were a little put off when we arrived by this process and the general demeanour of the person running the place at the time but we didn't have any issues after that."
"This has the vibe of a bed and breakfast, though that is not included. We got our key and headed to our room. The nice thing was the balcony patio attached. It is within walking distance of stores and restaurants, and also the beach."
"This hotel is perfect for a stay in Phillip Island. It's a quick walk to Cowes Beach or shops and restaurants nearby, but the hotel is situated on a quiet side street. We had a beautiful private balcony and shared a kitchenette, additional balcony and sitting area with our friend in the room next door. The room itself is clean, quiet, and cozy. I absolutely loved this place."
"Warm and cozy! Amazing hosts! The Villa is perfectly located nearby restaurants, bars, shops and beaches. The sunset is a must see, just walk to the end of the street. Buy some local wine and enjoy you own private terrace!"
