"Excellent experience dealing with The Groomery. Rosanna and staff were so friendly and caring towards us and our cat. Being "first time" customers everything was explained in great detail which made us feel very comfortable with leaving our Himalayan cat in their hands. 'Cat Only" days is a bonus as this made for a very calm environment for our little cat to have her first groom. We had so many questions and communication is excellent! There was no rushing upon either drop off or pick up. Everything was answered honestly. Our cat had to have a VERY short haircut to get rid of the matts on her underside and looked GREAT and exactly what we were expecting when we came to collect her! Awesome Job The Groomery. Great customer service and a love of animals that shines through! Thankyou and we look forward to using your services again!"

"My cat looks like a frigging rat. THERE WAS NO LARGE AREAS OF MATTING underneath ,as they are now claiming... if there was tgat doesn't explain why they had to go "shorter" on top and failed to blend in to his neck/head and tail which werent touched. Absolutely no finness in their work. I expected them to blend from longer sections to shorter sections. They said my cat was fine but said they had to go shorter for whatever reason, there was no matting etc, NOT HAPPY!!!!! I'll buy clippers and let my 4 year old do the cat next time. Definitely not a proffessinal job for over $200 Maybe it was work experience day! ... who knows!. The rest of the reviews seem to be good"

"Finding a groomer that offers cat grooming is hard, so I was pleased to discover The Groomery. I booked my medium haired cat, Wednesday, in at The Groomery as a last resort before getting her sedated and groomed at the vets. I was anxious because she had some matted fur, and Wednesday is a timid natured cat, it was also her first groom at 9 years old. I wasn't sure how she would respond. She came back to me clipped to perfection, looking svelte, feeling like velvet and only a little bit annoyed with me for the experience. She apparently handled the groom quite well, which I can only assume is a testament to The Groomery's care and expertise with cat grooming. I won't hesitate to take Wednesday here again, and would highly recommend any anxious cat owners to try The Groomery."
