"Was there for a few weeks through temporary accomodation, after fleeing family violence... left a week ago & eldest had left his Nintendo Switch behind. Rang multiple times, in which they've got different stories about who cleaned the room. Clearly they're hiding something, as we've checked all our belongings & taxi which we travelled in. To no avail could we find it with us. Wouldn't trust them, nor would I recommend staying at. Horrible manager who is rude & obnoxious"
"When we arrived there was evidence that the front door of the room had been kicked in then repaired Should have left then True it did have a fridge, toaster and kettle however the only cutlery was 1 teaspoon and only crockery was cups Fortunately when our dinner was delivered by menulog the local Community Service people were there with dinner for the permanent residents and they gave us wooden cutlery The bathroom had no ceiling above the shower so you could see pipes and wiring and the bathroom window was screwed slightly open and could not be moved The blinds had sections missing so there was a lack of privacy The linen was clean but still stained And the room was $175 Would we return Hell No"
"Booked a twin room which had only one bed until we advised them of the error which was then rectified. Was charged twice for room which was rectified when brought to their attention. Room was clean and beds comfortable but inlusions were very basic. Air con units very loud making sleep difficult. Was unaware a lot of rooms had people living longer term, not just travelling guests. People were quite loud and some smokers outside rooms smoke coming into our room, (unable to close bathroom windows to stop this). Overall not at all worth the nightly rate charged."
"not sure what the man’s name is, pretty sure he lives on-site and is in charge of room keeping, however he is super friendly and hardworking. My young children love him he’s super nice to them, A friendly face is always a good thing. I think he’s an asset to colonial. Overall the rooms are okay and they are always kept clean….location is convenient as everything is close by."
"The room was okay but there were cockroaches and also mould on the ceiling. The bath was dirty and hard to get in and out of. The room was very big with a lot of wasted space so it would be good to redo the bathrooms. I won't stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone."
