"Unfortunately today, i dealt with a lady staff member who got absolutely offended when i politely pointed out to her that she gave me only half of the pain medication that i was prescribed..she rudely told me i was wrong when i clearly showed her that the other half of my medication was still missing and most probably in the empty packet she was trying to throw in the bin ! I politely pointed out to her what she was doing and when i had to reach over the counter and grab the "empty packet" and show her what she was doing... she violently got my prescription and threw it in my face... I was absolutely shocked. In my head on the way home i was thinking if she was doing it purposely ? I'm in the progress in making an official complaint.. please be aware...."
