"The best curry in Sydney and I've been to alot of curry restaurants. If you're from London and need a curry just like home honestly this is the place to go. The onion bhajis were the best we have ever had. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly too. So glad we found Raavi's Cumin our new favourite restaurant. 5 stars from me"
"Another master stroke by Master Chef!! Ravi is a gentlemen and you absolutely cannot go wrong here! Consistent and always always delicious! And Kingfisher beer is always served in chilled glass staying cold until the last sip."
"Raavi's Cumin is one the best Indian experiences and had me returning for over 7+ years. The food is full of flavour, the service of the staff is friendly and outstanding. Perfect for a quiet dinner for 2 or larger dinner with family and friends. Every aspect of the food is outstanding! -Tikka Murg is cooked perfectly! Amazing tenderness of the chicken and not dried out. -The Beef Vindaloo is an amazing blend of spicy and goa flavour. Topped with little green chilli, spicy enthusiasts will enjoy it! -The butter chicken is Superb. Topped with little flakes of almond. A classic dish cooked and presented at its best! -Rice is steamed to perfection and extracts the flavours of each dish. You won't want to waste even a single grain. -Tha naan bread is fluffy but also has the crispy parts in a perfect balance to supplement every dish. -The pappadums have that satisfy crunch, maintain a light and airy flavour and are not saturated in oil. It's difficult to stop eating them. One of my favourite restaurants in Sydney!"
"I walked past the restaurant which smelled good so I decided to order take away when I got home. I am so unhappy! The quality and quality of the ordered items was way below expectations. I paid $37 for tiny containers. No real Indian flavour, not even the rice was tasty. It literally tasted like microwaved rice. I am so sorry to write a bad review but I am really unhappy with my order. I couldn’r even finish eating it which is very unusual for me as Indian is my fav food."
"We love our Indian cuisine and walking into Raavi’s Cumin located in Crows Nest was indeed worth it. The restaurant is beautifully situated with parking across at Woolworths and the decor simple and elegant. The food was exquisite, distinctive and mouth watering. The lamb cutlets were mouth-watering, like soft butter in your mouth. The cost of the meal which included 2 entrees and a main meal very reasonable. Ravi Gandhi is a 3rd generation chef and one of India’s 20 master chefs, the best part is that he is here. I highly recommend this restaurant, its fantastic. Enjoy peeps !!"
