"When I made my reservation I was super happy. I was super excited until the problems came. Cleaning in the nearby rooms, filthy kitchen, lack of organization in the fridge, sometimes pens and labels to indicate the goods are missing with reasonable frequency, Cold pool, I went to use the barbecue and had to wash it first, some employees without education and professionalism, defective air, windows do not seal, my toilet flushes out of nowhere and I stayed 2 months with my bathroom curtain formed (I arrived with it like that) and not to mention that they took my meat in the Fridge (they opened my bag which by the way identified ). In short, I don't recommend it. excellent gym."

"Worst experience in a place to live. I stayed for about 3 months and had several problems. The cleaning of the rooms that is done anyway (after cleaning I had to clean), the aircon doesn't work well, the small kitchen for about 100 people on the floor to use, 1 refrigerator and 1 freezer where your things are stolen (they already stole meat, lasagna and other foods), the pool is not heated (but they say it is), the service of reception staff is not cordial and most residents have already had a problem with one of them and the company does nothing to improve. The barbecue is not cleaned and when I went to use the staff responsible said that if I wanted to use it I would have to clean it myself. You pay to wash and dry your clothes and the dryer needs more than one cycle to dry the clothes. Anyway, peocure better as you find better prices and closer to the CBD. The only positive is the people you meet and interact with."

"Stayed here for 3 weeks in the greater room. Would have given 5 stars if not the issues with the rooms. In the first one I checked in at the arrival, the aircon was not working. The staff was very helpful and relocated me to another room, but this other room had serious leakages on the windows when it was raining and I was living with towels all around windows during these 3 weeks. Otherwise this place is a bang for buck. Their gym is well equipped and clean, the internet is stable, and the greater rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage. I would suggest getting your own ergonomic chair and a small foldable table if you are intended to work all day from home (that's what I did - see the photos). The ones they have are not really convenient for sitting all day. I saw some other reviewers complained about getting their deposit back. I did not have any issues with that whatsoever. I checked out in the morning, filled out the security deposit form, and saw the return already pending on my bank account at 1pm the same day. Generally, I found that staff is really friendly, prompt, and helpful, keep up the great work! The Yard eatery is a-ok, but not amazing. I tried a few mains and did not like them very much (e.g. the fries are really fatty), ended up going out for lunch and dinner."
