Entire property is very well maintained. The service is great. Even got very quick help on weekend. Overall great apartment and management."

"The location is central to everything you need. Modern, secure and quiet apartments. The buildings and gardens are well maintained and clean. Twee (building manager) provided excellent support the whole time we lived at Centvm but she was especially accommodating when we were moving in as we were coming from interstate."

"Have been living here since 2015, as a university student, this apartment provides convenience for me since it's next to the tram stop and only 10 mins walk to the train station. Especially when I studied in both city and Bundoora campus, this apartment is perfectly right in the middle. In addition, with the good location of the apartment, the staffs are very nice and generous. I think customer service is the most important aspect for me to decide to stay in this apartment."

My lease for one of their apartments was ending in April 2018 and Twee was able to arrange a new apartment/lease for me (within the same building) within a matter of days.
