"Excellent hotel. Friendly staff with excellent parking. Short walk to park for kids with a BBQ if needs be. The hotel is impressive, stylish, clean and warm. Very enjoyable with no discomfort walking in or out. Is also very disability accessible with very few tight places or levels to traverse."

"Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Room was modern and nice however bathroom was very small and not at all practical, toilet was so close to the wall had to sit sideways. Water leaked out from shower into room onto carpet. Worst of all though was horrified by stains on sheet and towel. Couldn’t believe they would even be used! Paid $213.75 for a Thursday night stay."

"Very poor customer service, rude and unprofessional behaviour. I paid for upgraded facility, but I was provided with standard rooms. Mr Gaurav really tried to rip me off. I was compelled to do early check out. No complaint and feedback platform.i will not recommend my friend. Only Asian staff provided the best customer service and they were very professional and courteous. Miss Jodie hung up phone on me. I will suggest her to mind her own bussiness if other staff is serving the guest. I hope that wasn't the procedure she was following."
