"I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Andaaz Restaurant, which has left me with no choice but to write this review. As a regular customer for the past three years, I had always enjoyed their food and service, but my recent visit was a complete disaster. Firstly, the quality of the food was abysmal. The Chicken 65 I ordered was burnt to a crisp, rendering it inedible. It was evident that no attention was paid to the cooking process, and the dish was simply neglected. Furthermore, the Dal Makhni, which I specifically requested to be mild for my daughter, was not only uncooked but also excessively spicy. It seemed as though the chef completely disregarded my request. Even the Garlic Naan and Cheese garlic naan, a seemingly simple dish, was a disaster. It was half cooked and half burnt, making it unpleasant to eat. The lack of attention to detail was evident, and it was clear that the kitchen staff was not performing up to the mark. When I called to provide feedback on their subpar food, I was met with a dismissive and unapologetic response. The person on the other end of the line claimed that the chef might have made a mistake due to their busy schedule. This excuse is simply unacceptable. As paying customers, we deserve to receive quality food regardless of how busy the restaurant is. Moreover, when I mentioned the burnt items, the representative promised a refund but abruptly hung up on me. This lack of professionalism and courtesy only added insult to injury. I suspect that Andaaz Restaurant has undergone a change in management, as the service and welcome I received when picking up my food were shockingly rude. It was a far cry from the warm and friendly atmosphere I had experienced during my previous visits. The new management, or lack thereof, seems to have little regard for customer satisfaction and loyalty. Based on this horrendous experience, I can no longer recommend Andaaz Restaurant to anyone. The decline in food quality, coupled with the dismissive customer service, has left me extremely disappointed. As a loyal customer, I expected much better. It's truly disheartening to say goodbye to a place that I once enjoyed, but I have no choice but to seek out better dining options elsewhere. "The ambience and music was a great warm experience. Food was made with love, must try biryani and onion bhaji!!!. Great menu with seasonal produce a great sight to see. The rasam starter must be on the menu. Highly recommend. Service was stellar and very attentive."

"Sorry, but this place is a trainwreck! It was absolutely fantastic once upon a time, but has gone incredibly downhill! And guess what? If you try to order through Uber Eats or DoorDash and request extra cheese in a cheese naan because the time before they screwed it up you get an updated invoice where they charge you more for extra cheese! Paneer Butter Masala tastes like watered down left overs where they throw in paneer and extra cardamom to throw off the staleness. Naans have become incredibly thin too, but you can live with that, but not the gravy in the curry."

"I saw that Andaz had wonderful reviews, so gave it a chance last night. They definitely lived up to the reputation. Food, service and restaurant itself were all of high quality. To start our dining, we were given (free) tomato soup and pappadums with mint sauce. Our waitress was warm and friendly, suggesting various dishes and providing recommendations. I loved all the food we had but my favourite was the chefs Malai Kofta was the winner. Thank you for a wonderful meal. We look forward to coming again!"
