"Bought 2 burgers and pancakes today, burgers ok, but staff didn't put butter and syrup at all. It was take away and I find it out only at home. Big disappointment, had to throw it away . And it was not first time staff forgot it. Sometimes no butter, sometimes syrup, but today completely nothing, just plain pancakes. Didn't have time to come back and pancakes would be cold by than anyway"
"Took 20 mins to get a coffee. Should of went through the drive through. That would of been quicker. It wasn't busy. The place was full of young adolescents and so were the kitchen staff. I'm not sure I'd eat something from here!"

"I order large chips and look at this! And the lady from late night duty from drive thru in mcdonald Engadine was rude to us, we are just asking for tomato sauce but she said you should have ask before when you order. What's the big drama? We just wanted only tomato sauce, give us and that's it! Too lazy to give!! Staff with this kind of attitude shouldn't work!!"
