Welcome to Maestro & Co, Manly's first and only Middle Eastern restaurant. Located at 50 East Esplanade in the beautiful coastal town of Manly, Australia, Maestro & Co offers a unique dining experience that celebrates the vibrant flavors and rich culinary traditions of the Middle East.

Founded by Graeme Moses, also known as the Maestro, Maestro & Co opened its doors on January 10, 2016, and quickly became a beloved establishment in the Manly community. Inspired by his Lebanese heritage and the food he grew up eating, the Maestro created a menu that showcases the diverse and delicious dishes of the Middle East.

In December 2016, Ben Elfahim joined Maestro & Co as the Head Chef and Manager, taking the restaurant to new heights of excellence. With over 20 years of experience in the Northern Beaches culinary scene, Ben's expertise and passion for Middle Eastern cuisine have brought wide acclaim to the restaurant. In June 2020, Ben took over ownership of Maestro & Co, ensuring that the legacy of Manly's number one restaurant will continue to thrive.

At Maestro & Co, the food is at the heart of the dining experience, just as it is in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean families. Following the age-old tradition of the region, all dishes are meant to be shared tapas-style, encouraging a communal and convivial atmosphere.

Our menu features an array of mouthwatering dishes, such as Harvey Bay grilled scallops served with apple salsa, beef and lamb kofta served with mint yogurt, and prawns cooked in fresh herbs and garlic, accompanied by a Harissa sauce. For vegetarians, we offer options like zucchini, carrot, sweet peas, and artichokes in a fresh herb and tomato concasse. And for dessert, indulge in our signature shredded kataifi pastry stuffed with ricotta cheese, rhubarb, and rosewater syrup, served warm with ice cream.

At Maestro & Co, we strive to accommodate most dietary requirements, so please inform our floor staff of any specific needs. Please note that our menu is subject to change without notice, as we are constantly innovating and incorporating seasonal ingredients.

To reserve a table for parties of 15 people or less, you can easily book online using our booking calendar. On Friday and Saturday nights, we offer two sittings at 6:00pm and 8:00pm. For the 6:00pm sitting, we kindly request that the table be vacated by 7:45pm. If your preferred time is not available or if you have any special requests, please give us a call, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

For larger parties and special occasions, Maestro & Co is the perfect choice. Whether it's an office Christmas party, birthday celebration, farewell gathering, or any other special event, our team can work with you to create a memorable experience. We can cater for up to 40 people seated or 65 standing, and we offer exclusive use of the restaurant for groups of 35 or more, with no room hire charges from Sunday to Thursday night when choosing one of our set menus. Please note that there is a minimum spend requirement for exclusive use of the restaurant on Friday and Saturday nights.

In addition to our dinner service, we also offer a bar for those looking to enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Join us from Tuesday to Sunday, starting from 5:00pm till late, to unwind with a drink and savor the flavors of the Middle East.
