Jerry's Famous Pizza

"I had a take away medium chicken and avo pizza for $22 (wow!) not worth it at all, one of the worst pizzas I have ever had, how is this place still in business? No flavour, too much cheese and terrible quality & the base was soggy! The service was less than average and you could see how dirty things were, guys smarten your act up."

"Updated Review : We decided to visit Jerry's again on a Saturday night, but this time to try their pizza. :) It was wonderful! We ordered the Family size Supreme to share. Absolutely fantastic! The base was nice and crispy. There were a lot of toppings, all fresh and tasty, there was a decent amount of cheese. Overall, very happy with the experiences that we've had here. The staff are always really friendly and helpful, and the food is prepared quite quickly. (Visited 10 June 2023) .................................................................. Original Review: Arrived in Manly quite late on Saturday night, and struggled to find a restaurant whose kitchen was still open. One of the other places suggested we go try Jerry's, and I'm so glad that we did! The pasta was soooo good! Really amazing. So creamy and tasty! Perfect food for a late chilly night after a long trip! Would definitely recommend ! The staff were also super nice, and the service was quite fast. (Visted - 3rd June 2023)"

"I would not call it pizza because it’s completely different from what you would get in Italy by ordering a pizza but it was still very good! I liked the family that owns the place. On Friday evening I felt like in a traditional Australian pub."

"It’s funny, when you find a good pizza store you go back lots. So we did. But tonight I got the worst pizza ever. And the most terrible customer service by the “Manager” of Jerry’s Pizza. This was the state of the pizza when it got delivered to two apartments below ours. Plus they were cold. Pretty outrageous. The worst part was when we called them they told us they would call us at some point to discuss. - just text the photos to this mobile. So we did. Except he then told us it wasn’t their fault, it was Deliveroo’s. and then called to ask to deliver it personally. Except the catch? We had to pay again - direct to them. So not only was our pizza cold, a mess and delivered to the wrong door, we had to pay $120 for the privilege to be able to eat din. Then when I said we won’t be ordering, the “Manager’s” response - thanks for all the food you ordered and enjoy eating at others” - can you hear the attitude? What’s disappointing is you deliver the pizzas, we go - epic service, and customer life . Now? Never again."
