Little L Burgers

"The burgers are good. The bread ratio is too much as I found myself noticing the bread more than the beef and toppings. The beef was cooked perfectly - excellent grill and moisture."

"A group of 6 of us went to Little L's for dinner after the rugby game on Saturday. We were all very impressed with the food and service. The wait was quick, even for a large order. The Big Chilli burger was tender and perfect amount of heat, the beef burgers were juicy and flavourful, and the BBQ wings were finger-licking good. The chilli cheese fries were the perfect way to top off our meal! The general manager, Brian, was very attentive and helpful. He suggested menu items that would satisfy our cravings. The only thing I would have loved more is more seating options inside. However, I can't wait to come back for summer night dinners on the beach!"

"Unfortunately, not a great experience. I debated even leaving this review because I don’t like leaving poor reviews but I was pretty disappointed. I popped in because of the voucher that I got for a two for one burger from them. I ordered my cheeseburgers and waited a pretty long time. Understandable because there was many people around, and I noticed that the chef was cooking free samples for the guests walking by. The overall feel of being in the restaurant was kind of doll and not very inspiring are enthusiastic as a witness the staff half heartedly receive orders. This place has potential for creating a really positive experience for customers while they wait for rather I was left feeling uncertain about my decision to order there. I was further concerned when I noticed that my grilled chicken was dunked in grease before on the grill leaving it to be more of a fried chicken. once I got my burger and walked down to the beach to enjoy it in the sun and to my unpleasant surprise I found that there was bacon on the burger to which I specifically asked for no bacon. Don’t eat pork and of course this completely ruined the experience for me. I think when someone asks for something specific like that there needs to be careful attention to detail. I leave this review mostly for feedback for the restaurant. My hope is that you can implement my Feedback in a proactive way. I however will not be coming back."

"I’m a local but never been here before. Was a recommendation for a quick fix. Just wanted a burger but was up sold the fries, I said as long as it came with a sauce which they said it did, but when they gave me the meal all of a sudden I had to pay for the sauce. It’s not the point or even about the money, the burger was average and the chips were discussing! Could have saved your self the review had you given me the sauce to cover up the bad tasting chips, which looked like they were fried over at least 3 times . I never do reviews but was just sooo disappointed. And it’s expensive for what I got!"
