"n 2020, Vanessa from Established Real Estate incessantly contacted us, claiming she had numerous interested buyers for our home. We had considered selling later, but she persuaded us to sell at the time, also pointing us to another property which she assured had no problems. Unfortunately, after moving in, we were met with issues that cost us $10k to fix. When our house went on the market in Oct 2021, there were no offers until March 2022. We took it off the market, only to entrust them once more in June 2023. Yet, still no offers by today’s date. Upon deciding to change agencies, Established Real Estate suddenly claimed that we had previously rejected several written offers. We requested evidence of these offers, but were met with silence. To make matters worse, they withheld our files, photos, and rental management data, pressuring us to pay more than our agreed amount. This unprofessional behavior caused immense trouble for us and our new agency. We felt compelled to contact consumer affairs due to their misleading information and negligence. I urge potential clients to conduct thorough research and, if possible, avoid partnering with Established Real Estate."

Transparency Concerns: Despite repeated requests, I was never provided with the written offers the agency claimed they had received on my property.
