"Where to start - it a building with a capacity for 9,000. BUT... Not intended for use by human beings. Pre show seating for 100 or so. Very few cubicles (3 in fact) in the ladies at one end. Intermission was a riot!!! Very limited coffee/drink facilities. The worse and certainly most dangerous aspect are the poorly designed exits. All tunnelling to two escalators from 3 levels. As a result, we are roped off and 'drop-fed' to the exit.VERY SYDNEY!!! Short sighted and CLUNKY with no consideration of how people will move within. Not a skerrick of good design. It's just another building... As for the show....the orchestra played their hearts out. However, the sound dissipated in the gargantuan hollow. Not worth the money. SSO, stick to smaller venues. The screen had no impact it was far too small. We had premium tickets so image what the rest had to endure. No thanks. Will not be returning. Got to Town Hall station for the train home.THERE IS ANOTHER STORY for another time."
"Wonderful ambience inside the theater. Loved the setting and it's wide open space for performers. I think this is the best place to go amd see performing arts and indoor concerts. Well setup light as per event and sound is good. I loved the background projection idea- two big screens on the both side of stage give you good reflection about what's happening on stage. The food and bar outside the theater is awesome to get your appetite fulfilled. I would love to go and see many performances here. Great location, just 10 minutes walk from Town Hall station. If you have not been to ICC before or confused with the location of the theater then it is the left building seperated by overhead road in between the building."
"Awesome venue. Acoustics were unbelievable. It helps when you see David Byrne’s faultless performance. 8,000 people feeling part of the show. Definitely the place to see your favourite acts."
"Saw Il Divo at the ICC, venue ok but a bit too Large for my liking."
"Our group watched a musical concert here on Saturday October 20, 2018 that went for 6 hours. Be warned, the seats at the upper section are so uncomfortable that my lower backside ached and cramped whenever I moved to reposition. On a positive note, I think the acoustics are excellent."
