I want French manicure acrylic I ask for the price she said it's $80 then I said it's ok normaly I do for 60$ In Parramatta she tell me it's ok come I do for u for 60$ she agreed after done I paid 60 she said darling it's 80$ she not agreed she tell for 60$ becarefull and the service so bad ..they run behind money"

"Got SNS here and they did pretty good job. They were efficient and yes they do speak in there own language all the time which is not new as most of the nail salon do the same."

"Poor service, super slow and just wasn’t welcoming. The lady this morning rushed myself, nieces and sisters feet. Never put the massage chair on either… took for my niece to ask and the lady looked at me and said “do it yourself”. She is 4 any other places I’ve gone they have put the massage chair on themselves. They didn’t scrub our feet either, so our feet felt the same as they already were wish sucks because other places we usually feel the huge change once our feet have been done."

"Worst service ever! They are very rude and no basic manners. Did my nails and after few days, I had to go back to fix one of my nails. The staff there was so rude. First she told me she can’t fix it and when I told her I got it done from them she said I have to wait and when I asked how long, she shouted saying “You wait” very rudely and yelled at me saying “move away.” When you are dealing with customers, you need to learn how to speak with them. I can go anywhere to get my nails done. I don’t need them, they are the ones who need customers. And if this is how they behave with their clients then they will lose clients. Never going there again!"

"Went in for a relaxing foot spa and manicure but was dumbfounded when i was told it's already finished and I've just sat down for like 5 minutes?!! What a waste of $55. And they have no customer interaction whatsoever, the staff all talked to each other and the only interaction with clients is tapping and pointing out what to do next without even looking at you, I was like ??!!!? Look at the photos and see for yourself. that's the manicure and pedicure they gave me. I didn't ask for coloured nail polish but still that's not how it's supposed to look like after a spa mani/pedi. I should have just cut my own toenails and fingernails for free. Would give 0 stars if I could."
