"I usually love this place. But the work done last week is so bad. In 5 days 3 broken nails and chips on 3 others. The technician cut my nails without asking the length so they are so short they are awful. She also got my skin in multiple places with the drill. I'm so disappointed. I hate my nails."
"The staff was very patient and kind. One problem was, the lady doing my manicure had a very heavy hand and ended up over drilling around 4 of my fingers. I ended up bleeding a little bit and half the experience was painful :("
"their pedicure was alright but when they were applying the nail polish, they were putting it so carelessly and got it on my skin and didn't clean it after. manicure on the other hand was absolutely trash, the lady was putting the nail glue on the fake nail but kept putting it on my fingers and never cleaned them. when she was using the drill for my nails, she kept cutting my cuticles with them and they started bleeding, the worker saw it and didn't care that she cut me. they charged me 100 dollars on this and they didn't even do my nails good, they turned out horrible. Overall they rushed my nails and i DEFINITELY do not recommend this place to anyone."
