Our passion for animals extends beyond just domestic pets, as we also work with wildlife and rescue groups to provide care for those in need.

Our clinic is home to ten experienced veterinarians and a growing team of nurses and support staff. Each member of our team is a passionate animal lover, aiming to make both you and your pet feel comfortable and at ease in our care. We have been an integral part of the local community for many years, and our strong integration is important to us and our clients. Our clients rely on us for sound advice and treatment options, knowing that their pets are in the best hands.

Vaccinations play a vital role in controlling the spread of diseases among pets. During your pet's annual vaccination, we conduct a thorough health check to ensure their well-being. Additionally, microchipping is essential for reuniting lost pets with their owners, and it is also mandatory for breeders to microchip animals before sale.

At our clinic, our veterinarians possess a high level of expertise, and our fully equipped surgical suite allows us to provide a wide range of routine and emergency surgeries for your pet. We understand that emergencies can happen unexpectedly, which is why we offer emergency consultations after regular business hours. From Monday to Saturday, our clinic is open until midnight, and on Sundays, we offer emergency consultations from 8am to midnight. Outside of these hours, we redirect emergency cases to neighboring emergency hospitals.

We often have kittens and cats in need of loving homes through our adoption kitten program. All feline adoptions are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and wormed. If you're interested in adopting, please submit an application form to be placed on the waiting list.

Early socialization and training are crucial for puppy development and building a strong bond between dogs and their families. Our Puppy Pre-school runs every Tuesday, and bookings are essential.

Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 8:00PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00AM to 4:00PM. Please note that we are closed on Sundays, but we provide an emergency on-call service from 8am to midnight. In case of emergencies outside of our operating hours, we work closely with Advanced Vet Care in Kensington, Geelong Animal Emergency in Geelong, and Animal Referral Hospital in Essendon Fields.

To ensure efficient service, please be aware that appointments at our clinics (including Melton and Ballan) are essential and can be made via phone or in person. We are unable to make appointments through social media or email.

Please note that our Ballan clinic's hours are subject to change due to staff availability, and appointments are by appointment only.

Lastly, we would like to inform you that as of April 2019, we no longer offer large animal or equine services.
