At Melton Veterinary Clinic, we pride ourselves on being big enough to offer a diverse range of skills and experience, while still allowing you the choice to see your favorite vet if that is your preference. Our friendly staff is always happy to assist you with any particular needs you may have.

Please note that due to the current circumstances, the Melton Veterinary Clinic is now open by appointment only. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 7:30pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. We will inform you as soon as our normal business hours can be resumed.

The safety of our staff and clients is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we kindly remind everyone to wear their appropriate face covering when coming to your appointment. It is now mandatory to wear these coverings, and we do not want to put anyone's health and safety at risk or subject them to unnecessary fines. Thank you for your cooperation.

Melton Veterinary Clinic has implemented several measures to protect the health and welfare of our clients, staff, and animals during this unprecedented time. We have increased the level of cleaning across the clinic to further promote safety.

If COVID-19 case numbers continue to decline and restrictions are lifted, we aim to allow ONE person per pet into the clinic starting from 23rd November. However, due to limited space in our waiting area, we will only be able to accommodate three people at a time into the clinic at this stage. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

For medication and food orders, we request that clients continue to call the clinic and make payment via card to limit cash transactions when possible. When collecting your items, please call the clinic at 9743 4413, and one of our nurses will hand you your items through your vehicle's window, minimizing the number of clients in our waiting area.

If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you consider rescheduling your appointment or asking a family member to bring in your pet on your behalf. Your health and the health of our staff and other clients are important to us.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these uncertain times. Our team is working hard to ensure the safety of all and to keep our clinic open so that we can continue to care for your fur family.
