Arthur, Chris, David, May, Melissa, Zeynep, Joyce, Alina, Stella, Johann, Isabelle, Kenny, Fiona, Johann, Joe, Brian, Victoria, Alison, Fragrance, Ashley, Narenda, Justine, Joseph and Alison. I have been getting my medication from them for years. It’s my go to for advice, medication and vitamins. Trustworthy, reliable and caring. Best customer service here. They always look out for me too. Highly recommended."

"Never coming back to this store!!! This store sold me expired medication. I called to tell them immediately after getting home. Next day I came back for exchange of the medicine but the pharmacist refused to process it, even though a note was left behind with clear instructions regarding the situation. Pharmacist had the worst attitude ever, was not helpful at all. How do you even work in a medical field to provide patients with help with such a rude and appalling attitude . I never want, and never will come back here to this store again because of her. It also surprised me that even though I notified them of the expired medication, when I came instore the next day, the same expired medication was still on shelf display. No one took it off the shelf. I even told the sales assistant at the store again, yet they didn’t pull it off the shelf. Shocking."

"Chemist warehouse Springvale is a great overall local pharmacy. Located along the busy Springvale road, parking is normally obtained at the Woolsworths adjacent. The pharmacy staff are quite friendly and get your scripts out efficiently. The store is generally clean and tidy. Opens till 9pm and there is security at night for peace of mind."

"Disgusting service! Finished a 12 hour security shift and went in to get some vitamins and protein. Was constantly circled and followed by staff. Went to the counter and was stared at for a solid 20 seconds as if the staff didn’t think I could pay for my items. Once paid for, they stood there and didn’t offer a bag or even move the items forward for me. I had to lean across the counter and load my arms with my items and walk out the store. Absolute disgusting service, unprofessional staff and not worth spending your hard earned money there."

"To the owners Chris & Arthur. I'm going to let you know what you don't see  and I'm sure don't know what is going on! What is happening with your store. I've been picking up my parents scripts for over 4 years now.  What has happened to all your nice friendly staff. You seriously need to look at who you are employing. The atmosphere there now is dead! your staff look overworked and under paid. There's only one female staff who actually gives you some service and says hello with a smile and always helpful,  But as for the rest,  they don't care. Can't be bothered or they walk away when they see that you are about to ask for help. I cannot believe the amount of staff you have had start but  they don't seem to last!! Why is that? The following week another new face. This one male staff who had been there for a while was too busy making a mess in the first aid section with stock all over the floor that I had to watch my step to walk over them. He was talking and laughing with another 2 male staff about another staff. They were laughing away couldn't care less about helping me. How toxic!! From what I heard and saw,  you should replace those lazy male staff while the females in vitamins and skincare and one other male staff were slaving away. It's very disappointing to see!. Who is your manager, I don't think I've seen one since Joe left. Do you even have one? I just don't want to have to change stores. I'm sure im not the only one who sees this. Good staff are hard to find and keep."
