"Very bad customer service, I always take my mum there to get her medication. She has a bit of a forgetful mind, she doesn't know which medication is for and asks the girl there. She said she doesn't know, WT she works there or if she can ask the pharmacist. She is lazy, and every time I was there, never see a smile on her face. Service is bad, not once but twice with other staff as well. Luckily I go to Lim Pharmacy, all the staff there are very friendly, helpful, and fast service."

"Do not get to it supervised RAT test here. My mum went here to get her supervised covid RAT test done for her international flight to Vietnam. She’s an older woman with limited English. At the airport checkin we were told that her Covid RAT test was not eligible because of spelling errors. The date and the nationality was spelt incorrectly. As you can imagine, this was quite stressful for someone who doesn’t speak fluent english and if I wasn’t there, she wouldn’t know what to do. I called the pharmacy and I explained that there’s a few issues with the paperwork and if they can resend a corrected version. Before asking anything, the said that it was my mums fault and responsibility to check, which was just silly because she has paid them so it’s their responsibility to check over their own mistakes??? Just ridiculous as it was their fault for writing the date and nationality wrong. Thankfully they were able to resend the covid rat test results via email and it was fine. To the pharmacy: If you’re going to accuse someone that it’s their fault, please check for more details and confirm whether it’s your fault or the other person’s. If someone is paying you to do your job, PLEASE check it on your end and do it right. The country is not going to let people in for covid rat test paper done incorrectly. If you do realise it’s your fault, you should apologise straight away. Didn’t receive a proper apology til the end after explaining to them that they need to do their job properly. I’m writing this for all the children of parents who don’t speak fluent English as I don’t want them to go through the same stressful situation. Truly disappointing service."

"Worst Pharmacy I ever encountered. I used to buy there all the time if I am in Springvale. Most of the people there are nice but the guy (only one guy) at the counter was extremely rude and make me look like a fxxxking drug addict when I only buying cold n flu medicine. I swear I would never go back regardless of prices (2 years now and continue). I am very happy with Lim Pharmacy which is 200 metre down the street. Way more professional!"

"Cheap and convenience pharmacy at Springvale area. But I am very disappointed with one of staffs named HANH. She always talk very rude and loud voice to the elders or some body can speak English well. She is also very rude with her co-workers. One time, I came there to buy the cosmetic, her colleague didn't know about this and asked her to help. She raised her voice and yelled to me and her colleague as if we were the beggar. Luckily, there are a lot of pharmacy in Springvale , if not , we must beg her to buy the medicine."
