"I was there today just after 2.30pm with my elderly client who uses a walker, to look at buying some sushi for her dinner. My client is in her mind 60s, uses a walker, is soft spoken and small in stature....so it can be challenging sometimes to hear her over the counter. We were the only customers when we walked up to the counter to see what was available. There was one lady refilling the sushi trays. She saw us but didn't stop her work to greet us or ask if she could help. I said "Hello" and "excuse me" twice to get her attention but was ignored. Another staff member came to help but was not friendly at all and looked annoyed as my client tried to make up her mind on what she wanted. We ended up going to Sushi Jiro where the service was a thousand times better (the staff membér serving us at Sushi Jiro was friéndly, patient and accommodating to my client)."
"Five stars because they don't use plastic for their sushi boxes unlike all the others so I really appreciate that thank you so much for what you are doing for the environment next you will just have to convert your plastic soy sauce capsules to some other system"
