"Worst experience. They don't answer calls, they don't reply on mails, if you have time to go to their office, you can go but they don't do anything after that. 1 day's work will take 3 months.( With 10 follow ups at least) They just don't know what their job is, they just keep following up for months with workers and no output - specially Anthony. Owner Jim will talk to you nicely but at the end no output for months. If you're a house owner - don't work with them If you're a tenant - ask your owner to change agency. That's what I did and the new agency SSS rentals does the job in just 1 email. Like perfection. If anyone claims this is a fake review - I have all the mails , texts and voice recordings of calls."

"The assistant did not know the procedures on renting a house. They advertised there was parking but then when we came they said no parking was available. Also, we have sent pictures of damages and did not fix them. The house we rented was not clean at all and we had to clean it when we came. Overall experience was awful. Would not recommend."

"Not recommend this property agent now due to unprofessional agent handling units in South Wentworthville. We asked few fixes to done in our unit and telling all the reasons of the world to avoid that. Our neighbours also experiencing same bad experience with them."
