"New building just strated occupancy 6 or 8 months ago.. accessible to everything near by."
"Its One of the biggest failure ever developed by Beaini Projects. You might see good comments that are usually from Beaini projects chairperson's relatives or from his good known contacts. Truely speaking i have bought an apartment here and m crying, worried and frustrated from day 1. Firstly the Sarraf Strata here who is again baised to beaini projects don't want to work anytime after taking a strata of 850$ per quarter for a 2 bed apartment without any facilities such as parks or swimming pool. Building has so many flaws and with that some people have either lost their items, bicycles, or valuable items from their home also. No cameras are installed in this building. Not secure. Not properly managed, Not cleaned (with so much dust in basement car parks), within 6 months the building has hairline cracks all across the basements and rooftop. Water is coming through the walls causing issues to the hanging garages on those walls, storm water leakages issues and still there is long list of defects which are again and again ignored by Builder Beaini projects and Sarraf Strata."
