"This hotel/motel is perfect for someone who doesn't care about cleanness and noisy guests. There is no staff overnight to control guest's behaviour or cleaning staff if need it. Very unhappy experience."
"When they say budget they mean high price for 0 quality. I'm sorry to say that standards have dropped in motels including this one, for $159 our 1 hour stay was noisy(don't expect any sleep) aircon I was too scared to turn on, upstairs very noisy dropping something sounded like marbles on floor boards, heard toilets being flushed through pipes above us, 1 car in carpark owner decided to rev his hotted up car. The room was cold and dingy disappointed. We left after 1 hour, drove back home a 4 hour drive. Very disappointing. Will never stay again and will tell friends n family, don't do it."
"Had a disappointing visit here. I understand this is a budget hotel but a certain standard of cleanliness should be maintained. After finding a used condom in our room we were moved to another and provided a small refund being the difference in the room rates. It seemed like a token gesture and only provided when pushed to do so. Needless to say we won't be returning."
"This place is absolutely terrible I would never stay there again TV one channel only sound is slow low that 30cn you could hear it ac not happening and the stench from bathroom / toilet was that of raw sewage I have travelled quite a bit up and the eastern seaboard of this country and stayed in some interesting place but never in my life have I ran into anything as bad as this. I'm sorry if this upsets anyone but seriously I would think twice about kenneling an animal here"
"As you can see from the reviews some people had a great stay and some where very disappointed. This is not the place for your romantic getaway but suitable if you need a budget stay in Western Sydney. The amenities are very basic. I had no issue with the staff. They did what was required to facilitate my stay. I requested an extra clean in the toilet which was taken care of with a fragrant scent afterwards. The towels where new, clean and soft. The bed was adequate. One pillow per guest. The location is accessible by car. Next to major connector roads. Lots of parking on site. Jug, Coffee, sugar and milk as usual. Small Fridge & TV. The room was warm in June with Heating and cooling AC."
