"This morning I had a wonderful experience at Bunnings Rosebud. Firstly the girl at the entrance was amazing and very helpful. Another staff member on my way out was also fantastic. But the best is to do with your employee named Brett. He helped me choose a lawnmower and then he put it together for me! He gave me great advice and came out with me to my car and put the mower in for me. He went above and beyond and I am very grateful."

"Just expérienced the rudest customer service at this store today. Went to purchase a water bottle, chose one and went to the counter to pay. The price didn't match what they scanned so I pointed that out. We went to shelf to see what the tag said, along the way she assured me I was wrong as someone has pour it back on the wrong shelf. So we checked the tag, it referred specially to black bottles of the same size and style, I picked up a blue one. So I was wrong, perhaps misled by the line of price tags that represented two different prices, for 5 different colours on display. We went over to the other display of same brand water bottles to see if they were advertised and displayed there. They weren't. I said that this one wasn't displayed here, it's double insulated and all these bottles are single skin and are hanging. So, to me, the bottle was in the right place, and had no price tag what do ever. But the store assistant assured me I was still wrong. She grabbed a black one off the shelf and took it to the counter to price against the blue one. Which one did I want she asked, I said I'll just go for the black one then. So I walked outside with the one she chose. Before leaving, I inspected it more closely, I could see the cap wasn't closing properly or smoothly. So I thought, there are other black ones there, I didn't exactly choose this one, I'll go and look to see if the others close better. Walked back in after 1 minute had passed, said I would like to exchange because the cap was faulty, she assured me I was wrong again and the cap was fine and that I just needed to push it more firmly, which clearly wasn't the case. I found another one with the cap working just fine, she took it off me and walked back to the counter saying she had to show it to the manager. By the time I walked up to the counter, they were in discussion, the manager then looked at me and dismissed the issue with an audible, "whatever", and went off to serve another customer. I felt like I must have had a sticker on my forehead saying, "be as stuffing rude to me as you can please", because that's the attitude I got from both so called manager and off sider. Such a shame, the pharmacists are lovely, respectful and helpful. Will Never go back here again."

"I've been a Chemist Warehouse customer for years however, recently when in Rosebud we dropped into the Direct Chemist Outlet just opposite the jetty. We were pleasantly surprised. The outlet has a wide selection of products and at very competitive prices and to top it off, the store has an excellent super friendly staff, that is very helpful and knowledgeable. A great example on how customer service should be provided."
