"yesterday I had my worst shop experience ever! Went with my 14 years old to do my weekly shopping. I grabbed two bottles of limoncello and 6 cans of beer. We put everything on the bench and the cashier ask me the id for my daughter. I told me she is 14 and she shopping with me like everytime. He told me he can't sell me the alcohol because she touches the bottle for put on the bench. I was very surprised because is the first time in so many years. But anyway, I answered ok rules are rules... But can you explain please better, because I didn't know. I was very calm, not upset at all... But he started to yelling me in front of all the people... He can't sell alcohol to me, also if I can back later...and plus he told me to not come in the store anymore and go in other places... Imwas shocked and apologies ( for what????) , I was calm and went to pack my shopping while I was trying to breathe and menage my panic attack ( I have usually in stress situation). Back in the car and started to cry because no one treated like this in my life without any motivations. I called my brother and he came to me, and he went to talked with the manager. He explained the situation to him. He knew what was happened, and promised to talk with the cashier, but unfortunately the cameras registered just video and not audio.. so he can do nothing."

"First time in years that I've shopped at Aldi Rosebud. Store is as per current Aldi setout standards. However, in the bottle shop, spirits are kept under lock & you need to get assistance from staff to access...that's new to me..."

"I do love Aldi I must admit. Half their items are great, the other not so great. Example....best stick vacuum I've had and I have both a Dyson and Shark if only the battery lasted more than 10 minutes. Thankfully I only need it for a small area."
