"really dean and modernised rooms, linen and toiletries are excellent.having kettle, microwave and toaster was great. We forgot milk but there was a small box of A2 in the fridge. New bedding was very firm."
"Clean, comfortable and modern rooms in a convenient location for exploring the Mornington Peninsula. Alberto was very welcoming and made time to point out some good places to go. There is a games room that features a free to use pool table and although not used, there is also a small pool which will be great in the warmer months."
"The Rosebud motel is by far the nicest motel I stayed at for a long time. We got free upgraded to new deluxe room. It was are spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. New Shower is really good, new beds are very comfortable. Microwave & toaster are available which is amazing. Very conveniently located, walking distance to the beach and close to nearby restaurants. Very good value for money. Highly recommended. Would be very happy to stay here again."
"Perfect winter get away where you can snuggle up in a newly renovated calm warm room and still rug up and cross the road to walk along a pristine beach. I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were tastefully updated and had the fresh, clean and new feeling. A bit of traffic white noise in the morning but not a real concern. Excellent value for money-shhhhh!"
