"I hate I have to even give one star absolutely appalled at the service and phone staff after placing a order that they wanna charge 57$ to deliver nails false nails really !!!! Do NOT SHOP HERE"
"Clear lack of integrity in both sales & employment. My 17yr old daughter works at a local take away. For some time, she wanted to enter the healthcare sector but was undecided on what area, so when a casual junior pharmacy assistant position popped up yet again at this store, she saw it as a starting point & applied. An interview was held with David. She was told she got the job, could start asap & that she needed to advise her current employer she would be leaving, which she did. It then took weeks of chasing & follow up that was blamed on head office before she was eventually acknowledged…with a trial week. The week went well we thought, except for initial confusion on her start time. However, at the end of the week she received no feedback or follow up whatsoever from David or anybody else. As the store was full of boxes she was assigned to, she assumed she’d be rostered the following week. She was not. In fact, it’s been almost 3mths she has not heard a word until today 6/4/23, that she was dismissed on the 5/4/23 despite never being given work. My daughter was made to quit her other job for nothing, but as she’s a reliable hard worker they took her back instantly. She has since been accepted for an internship at Melbourne university. I suspect the ongoing assistant position has been elusive to many & the stacks of boxes & unpacked stock in this shop will remain unless the senior staff decide to get off their arses. Pay attention to this stores reviews because they’re bad for a reason."
"I would give this place a 0 star if I can. Some of the pharmacy staff is super rude and slow & take over 30 mins to dispense pre-paid order that was made a couple days in advance and was advised that it is ready to be picked up. At pick up they have random questions like why do you need this quantity etc. The shelves at the store are empty some days and the staff does not entertain going in and finding the items you need for you. Which means another visit hoping the item you need will be on the shelves.I prefer the drive to the hoppers crossing store over the across the road PC store tbh."
"Have been to this CW outlet many times. Lately, their customer service has deteriorated rapidly in the pharmacy section. They are always too busy to pay attention to customers. Pharmacists are rude and have no knowledge of Australian Medicare regulations. They don’t listen to what customers are saying as they have already made up their minds as to how they are going to serve you. I’m on the Medicare safety net and they tried to charge me for my medicines “because that’s what the computer says”. They have done this before and I let it go because it was a small charge. In the end I asked for my script back, which was nearly thrown back at me, and got my medicines somewhere else at no cost, which is the purpose of the safety net. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS CW OUTLET. Do not sacrifice your sanity. Go somewhere else. These pharmacists are rude and confrontational."
"worst I've been to. staff sitting on the floor unpacking boxes, boxes and ladders completely blocking the baby section, staff wouldn't get up out of the way. I'm in the process if reporting this to workplace health and safety as I could have tripped over numerous boxes with my baby in his carrier. The staff are rude and don't listen when you ask them something. Do yourself a favour and go to the Hoppers Crossing store. They know how to run a chemist. Point Cook chemist warehouse should be ashamed. Edit to add: answer phone and leave you on hold without coming back. Seriously the worst chemist."
