"Went in just to look at the animals since they all are so cute! The staff was so nice and were up for a chat. They were informed and knew the types of fish, since one was absolutely gorgeous I had to ask. My favorite animal there would the cats. Sadly I cant house them, so if anyone is interested in a new buddy, i highly recommend them (Vienna is my favorite)."
"Nicely stocked and well staffed with a great varitey and a few birds rabbits, guinea pigs, small fishes available to purchase. Has a private parking for about 10 cars including 1 wheel chair accessible parking, the mall parking is a bit further 3 mins walk where more parking is available."
"Always great service. All the products you need for your pets. Good selection of fish and great price. Keeps me comming back for my animals. Can also have pet tags engraved on the spot in thier automated engraving machine, you pick the tag and type you want both sides."
"The store has a large layout which is easy for social distancing, they have a good range of supplies and sometimes sales. Retail shop staff can be a bit too busy/distracted for 10/10 customer service but okay. At the back the OurVets clinic has been outstanding - kind and helpful, patient, and informative. Pricing reasonable compared to vets closer to Melbourne. Would recommend."
