"Horrible customer service. Absolutely appalled by the way they treat there customers, after entering the store to receive my well needed prescription they didn’t have in stock (Which is fair enough, I don’t expect them to always have it) I received no apology, essentially little to no advice and wasn’t even greeted up to the counter. It was a “We don’t have this in stock” and no further discussion, from what I can see the store seems to be running great but management really lacks the ability to teach proper customer assistance, take this as advice and not a complaint, train your staff correctly. At the end of the day, if every individual staff member is getting away with the same despicable attitude it’s the managements fault. A simple hello and goodbye to a long way."

"Located really conveniently and as someone who often needs prescriptions filled, they are very fast, efficient and helpful. They also have a huge selection of protein bars, and multivitamin gummies. Both of which are always at really great prices."

"I gave this chemist warehouse branch a $18 charity. I m appreciative of the fact that this chemist is open late night but the staff there lack customer service. I bought 2 packs of Ventolin based on ill advice of a gp. Within the day of this purchase , I got a second opinion and was told not to use that for 3 month-old so went back to return it. The two boxes as attached were not opened as you see in those images but the explanation provided by those at the counter for not accepting a refund made ZERO sense. According to them , the medication that leave the counter would be under different temperature or condition or likely to get tampered with. I agreed but not for this medication in question, I am not sure how those unopened boxes that too within the day of purchase would contaminate or change the state of this medication. It is a inhaler that comes with additional plastic protection so not sure how that would affect the medication by temperature. Before buying do educate yourself on their return policy and don't have customer remorse like I feel now."

"To be honest, I don't mean to disparage Asian people, I'm a real serious Asian person. I went to the pharmacy today, and I asked this Asian employee who was wearing a mask, and I asked him one of pharmacy medicine, because the shelves were nothing. and this Asian guy checked the computer for me, and he came back to me and said no more. And then when I went out to pay the bill, I asked handsome blond, blue-eyed local guy, who was really nice, and he said there was more, and he went back and got it for me, and I really, really, really thanked him. I hope the Asian guy with the mask doesn't give Asian people a bad face. Please, I hope he does his duty when he meets customers. And thanks to the handsome guy who helped."
