"Aggressively grabbed and placed my first bird bought from this store into a box. Rude remarks made by an older employee when my mother asked a question on how to avoid a bird flying away. Third purchase from this store, my bird doesn't even have the courage to spread his wings as they are so poorly over clipped. The only highlights were the kindness of some employees and willingness to answer questions over the phone."

"Meet SONNY, who is an Opaline Red Rump Parakeet I adopted him on Saturday, the 12th of August. He has been amazing, still cautious, however, no longer biting as he was at the store. He is going really well with my cockatiel. They spent their first night last night in a cage together and have had no issues. Also, I love his little quirks. Thank you, Hayley, for your help!"

"Rude and aggressive staff members, birds in poor condition with sloppily clipped wings and constantly being exposed to an overstimulating environment. Hoppers crossing is by far the worst store, ferntree gully is atleast trying to uphold a good standard of care. water dragons with no water bowls, bearded dragons with chewed off limbs and adenovirus. Do not buy a bird from any locations of this chain pet mill."

"We donated (free of cost) our baby (hand raised since week 4 Indian ringneck) due to change of circumstances where it was harder for us to provide the love and care we used. She was moved to 3 different homes since and not sure if she moved more than that or not and dont know if she is still struggling or settled as we requested them(vicbird) after knowing she was move 2nd time if she comes back we would like to have her back as knowing her struggling we still having hard time not knowing where she is and how she is doing.. have emailed them several times but didn’t get satisfied with the answer.. thought its a renowned store she will be taking care for but it’s just a business making money.. Only reason of writing a review is so I can get some information about my bird. We call her Khaleesi (not sure of gender) Again, requesting if she ever come back we want her back."

"Loved meeting the birds and the snake and watching the big fish get fed. All the animals looked like they were in awesome condition and were happy... Customer service is excellent, Keely's a superstar. The fish and plants I bought are both happy and healthy!"
