"Excellent Place! Our first visit was a pleasant experience for our Ragdoll cat. It started off with a lovely welcome from the receptionist, to then a triage from the vet nurse, to then the vet coming to assess. I found this to be a very thorough initial interaction, similar to that of what us humans receive at a hospital! I liked that. I also liked that this vet clinic thought outside the box and have a seperate room for cats to that of dogs. At a previous vet clinic we had been to had it joined for all animal kinds. Our cat had been placed onto a dog dirty table which thinking about it now, she could have easily caught flees etc from that dirty table. So for this vet clinic to have created a safe, warm, cat only room is the point of difference to me! Excellent! I really liked that the clinic had good room temperature. Not too hot, not too cold. Just right. I really appreciated them being transparent about pricing and costs involved. The vet went above and beyond to spoil our cat with treats, and sprayed calming solution for when she conducted her checks. As a result, I would highly recommend this vet clinic! Worth the drive."
