"The rooms look clean on first sight. Go to make cup of tea and notice both mugs have significant brown marks from last use. Wiped out easily while washing, so clearly had not been washed. This is a significant health and safety issue. This left me not trusting the hygiene practices of the cleaners. Room looked mostly clean. Road noise was blocked out well. Only 2 tea bags. Desk staff polite and courteous. Plenty of parking. Pile of instant coffee sachets. (Yuck.) We were there for a funeral and decided to stay an extra night. I was in reception waiting when another call trying to book a room was being answered. They were told different things and were offered the same room for less than us. Double beds in some rooms rather than queen size are ridiculously short."

"Got room service the first day by reception as you can't charge back to the room via the code. Second day they wouldn't do it and the person on the other end of the phone was not helpful at all."
